Standing tall in the warm sunshine, this Sea Lion is one of many that you could see while charter fishing in Alaska with Black Rock Charters. When swimming, sea lions can reach up to 25mph which has come in handy at times. Captain Josh has many Alaskan fishing stories. One of which is of a Sea Lion chasing down a smaller halibut on the end of his line and catching it. So while on your fishing trip in Alaska, make sure to ask Captain Josh to tell you some of his stories.
